Using Partnerships for American Infrastructure The P3 Government Conference provides P3 education to public representatives and examines how alternative delivery is being used in transportation, water, energy, airport, and social infrastructure projects at the federal, state and municipal level. With over 800 public and industry leaders attending, the audience represents a broad range of communities and projects from across the U.S. Attendees learn about new projects in the market and meet with other public and industry leaders facing similar development, seeking expertise, and new partnerships.
