Solving Water Challenges with Public- Private Partnerships The P3 Water Summit focuses on P3 education for water managers and municipalities overseeing capital investment in their drinking water, waste-water, and stormwater systems. The conference agenda examines partnership trends in the water market, features current and upcoming P3 projects, and provides training for public agency officials on planning and procuring P3 initiatives. The program also explores how the P3 model is being used to provide capital solutions, risk transfer, service quality improvement, resiliency, and reduce deferred O&M in water systems of all sizes across the country.
