Last week in New York City, AIAI offered our members the opportunity to meet with key public figures and discuss various topics of interest surrounding #infrastructure and #P3

Attendees including Acciona, ACS, Alma Global, Armand Group, Cintra, Citigroup, Connell Foley, Fengate, Fluor, Hochtief , Hunt Companies, Ice Miller, John Laing, KeyBanc, Kiewit, Meridiam, NixonPeabody, PeckarAbramson, Phoenix, Plenary Group, Roadis, Squire Patton Boggs, Star America, STV Inc, Victory Worldwide, WSP, Bechtel, Cohn Reznick met with Colin Peppard and Yousef Salama, LA Metro to discuss  Risk Assessment before a markets discussion in the afternoon.

Day Two began with a breakfast conversation with Build America Bureau’s Dr. Morteza Farajian. Mid morning, we met with Secretary Rodney Slater, and even managed to fit in a Water Committee meeting before wrapping up the day with our last roundtable, with Dr. Shawn Wilson, of Louisiana DOTD.

As always our members had a lot to say, and the spirited conversations have led to exciting new ideas to continue (and increase) AIAI’s education and advocacy efforts.
