PennDOT is inviting interested teams to respond to an RFI to provide feedback, information and materials for the deliberative decision-making of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission to consider the development of a bundled tunnel rehabilitation project. The purpose of this RFI is to gather feedback and information related to the development, design, construction, finance and maintenance of the PA Turnpike tunnels and tunnel systems.
