The Times of San Diego, recently published an OP-ED from Congressman Scott Peters (D-52CA).

Rep. Peters represents the 52nd District, which covers much of central San Diego County including Poway, Coronado, and large portions of the City of San Diego. Rep. Peters currently serves on the House Budget Committee and the House Energy and Commerce Committee, as well as the Joint Economic Committee.
