The U.S. earns a GPA of “C”—the highest in 28 years and an improvement from 2021’s C-. This progress reflects the impact of sustained investment and innovative delivery models like Public-Private Partnerships (P3s), Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build.

At AIAI, we believe P3s are a powerful tool to align public needs with private expertise—delivering smarter, faster, and more cost-effective infrastructure with long-term value for communities.

We applaud ASCE for shining a spotlight on the state of U.S. infrastructure and remain committed to to working alongside public agencies, and private sector partners to advance innovative solutions that improve the condition and performance of America’s infrastructure.
