Pre-Bid Event: The I-24 Southeast Choice Lanes will involve the development of TDOT’s first, long-term, revenue-risk concession, encompassing the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of Choice Lanes along a portion of the I-24 corridor south of Nashville. TDOT anticipates delivering the Choice Lanes using a phased approach, pursuant to a concession agreement.
