Our mission is two-fold: facilitate education among the public sector, and advance legislation through targeted advocacy. We aim to provide civic leaders with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about the benefits of public-private partnerships, such as economic development, life cycle cost savings, risk transfer and accelerated project delivery.
