This is a RFII notice, a market survey for information to be used for preliminary planning purposes. The information received will be used by the City of Alexandria (City) to facilitate the decision-making process. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a Request for Qualifications (RFQu), and no contract will be awarded from this request.

The City of Alexandria is advertising this RFII to determine the availability of qualified and interested providers, and to gather feedback on structure of a contract for forthcoming RFP/RFQus for planning, design, financing, construction, and operation and maintenance (O&M) services to (1) support electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions for the City’s municipal fleet and (2) for publicly accessible EV charging at municipal properties and in the public right of way (ROW).

Responses to this RFII are due no later than November 17, 2023.
