The State of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS) is planning to commence a new procurement process to select a developer to deliver the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED) project. This comprises the design, build, operation, and maintenance of the new Aloha Stadium, as well as the development of a portion of the surrounding district into a mixed-use development.

Prior to commencing this procurement process, DAGS is undertaking a market sounding webinar to engage with prospective offerors and interested parties to discuss, confirm (or otherwise), and refine the NASED project. The webinar will be held virtually on Wednesday June 14, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. HST.
