WHAT: The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) is hosting an industry forum due to the recent passing of the Transportation Modernization Act (TMA). Governor Bill Lee, TDOT Commissioner Butch Eley and TDOT leadership will share information regarding department changes and updates around the expansion of alternative delivery methods and Public-Private Partnership (P3s) opportunities with Choice Lanes. Additionally, the industry forum will provide a unique opportunity for contractors, consultants and developers to hear from TDOT leaders about planning for the state’s upcoming critical and complex projects.
